Rs 500/-, 1000/- notes are not valid from today's night 8/11/2016 12.00 am,
exchange these notes in banks & post office within next 50 days
till 30 Dec.. Simple way deposit these notes in your saving account
& withdraw as per your requirements. Exchange of notes can be done
with by showing your identity cards. Medicines can be purchased with old
notes till 72 hours and also on all booking counters. Purchases at all
types retail stores are allowed till 11 Nov midnight by these old notes.
A newly designed Rs. 500/- & Rs. 2000/- notes will come in
markets.
