एच डी एफ सी कर्ज ची कागदी कारवाई पूर्ण केल्यावर आम्हाला इन्शुरन्स वाल्याकडे पाठवण्यात आले. त्यांनी सर्व समजावले. पण मुळात मलाच पटले नव्हते, इ एम आय भरा, परत दरमहा इन्शुरन्स भरा. म्हणून, आम्ही नकार दिला. व त्यानंतर जमेल तसे फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट ठेवायला सुरुवात केली. आम्हाला माहित होते, आय डी बी आय मध्ये मॅच्युरिटी दिवशी एफ डी ऑटोमॅटिक क्रेडिट येतो, जर ऑटो क्लोजर ऑपशन सिलेक्ट केले तर. म्हणून एच डी एफ सी मध्ये पण तोच ऑपशन सिलेक्ट केला.
आम्हाला आमच्या कर्ज रकमेएवढी एफ डी बनवायची होती, पण मधेच जी एस टी आला आणि सर्व अकाउंटंट ना त्याने स्क्रॅप करून टाकले. सर्व अकाउंटंट चा अनुभव एका रात्रीत झिरो करून टाकला. मी अनएम्प्लॉईड आहे. आता सर्व सीए च बघतात. त्यामुळे आमची एफ डी चैन पण खंडित झाली.
त्यातील पहिला एफ डी मॅच्युरिटी दिवशी ऑटो क्लोजर ऐवजी ऑटो रिन्यू मध्ये गेला व रिन्यू झाला. मग, मात्र सटकली, शेयर मार्केट मधील तज्ज्ञ सांगतात हि कंपनी फंडामेंटली मजबूत आहे, आणि बघा हा केवढा मोठा फंडामेंटल डिफेक्ट घडला आमच्या बरोबर. आणि सर्वात मोठा डिफेक्ट म्हणजे ऑनलाईन लॉगिन मध्ये "रिपेयमेन्ट ऑफ डिपॉजिट" हा ऑपशन च नव्हता. मग काय दिलं बाळकडू. बघा हा ई-मेल.😠
आणि, त्यानंतर कालच आम्हाला समजले कि, एच डी एफ सी ने आय डी बी आय प्रमाणे "रिपेयमेन्ट ऑफ डिपॉजिट" व ऍक्सिस प्रमाणे "प्री मॅचुर विथड्रॉव्हल" हा ऑपशन पण आता दिला आहे. बघा स्क्रीनशॉट. ह्याला म्हणतात सँडी-एक ग्राहकाची पॉवर. 💪
After completing the Paper procedure of HDFC Loan, they had sent us to the Insurance Advisor. We have heard the entire scheme, but our mind was not ready for paying Insurance per month alongwith the EMI. Hence, we denied. And started investing in FD's. We were aware that on maturity FD gets auto credit to our Bank if we select 'Auto Closure Option' as we were receiving it in IDBI.
We wanted to make the FD amount equal to our Loan amount. But, in one night GST has scraped all Accountants and their experiences. Now, CA's only see everything. I am jobless and Hence, our FD chain is also being stopped.
Our first maturing FD has gone to "Auto Renew" instead of "Auto Closure". The share market experts says that HDFC Ltd. is fundamentally good Company. But, this fundamental defect has been happened with us. Also, there were no option to close the FD from our online Login. Then our mind got angry and Hence, we have feedbacked to them. See email.😠
And, yesterday Only we came to know that HDFC has provided "Repayment of Deposit" option like IDBI and also "Pre mature Withdrawal" option like axis in an Online Login. See the screenshot. 💪
